In the official blog post shared by Coinbase on Friday, it was revealed that they are building an open financial system by leveraging blockchain technology and digital currencies. In this open financial system, in which capital flows through open-source protocols that are faster, more transparent, and is available to all. 

Well, in order for the technology to reach its full potential and capability, the crypto industry needs to have more talented, ambitious, motivated, and diverse people, who can make sure that the crypto industry has a great future ahead. 

In addition to this, it should be noted that they made an announcement regarding their recent partnership with the Dapp Ethereum Bootcamp in order to fund 10 scholarships for applicants from India with an aim in mind to attract women applicants. As a part of Coinbase Giving, their generous arm is funded by 1% of equity, profit, and employee time.

Preethi Kasireddy, a leading expert on Ethereum founded the Dapp Ethereum Bootcamp, started her career in the crypto industry as an engineer at the Coinbase trading platform. 

Coinbase revealed in its blog post that they are inspired by entrepreneurialism and passion for the development of emerging talent internationally. 

Moreover, they wrote in their official blog post that they are honoured to partner with Preethi Kasireddy on the ground floor of her very first Bootcamp.

The recent plan of providing 10 individuals with a scholarship covering 90% of costs, will be helping in fostering the next generation of global talent in the crypto industry.
